We have developed and optimized highly effective and reproducible methods for cell lysate analysis, including efficient protein extraction (containing membrane proteins), two-step sequential digestion, and phosphopeptide enrichment using our soluble PolyMAC reagent.

As an example, using our novel approach of protein extraction, two-step sequential digestion, and our soluble PolyMAC-based phosphopeptide enrichment, we were able to identify ~8,800 unique phosphopeptides from a single 30ug B cell lysate sample.
